Bruce`s Biscuit and Bar-B-Que in Auburn

Every meal I've had here has been really tasty and really affordable.I've mostly had their breakfast items. They offer an incredibly-affordable breakfast cup packed with grits, eggs, cheese and whatever meat you choose, such as country ham, bacon, two kinds of sausage and lots more. You can also get any of these on a warm, ciabatta-shaped biscuit. Those are awesome, too.As for later meals, they do great pulled pork and chicken sandwiches. They occasionally do ribs as well. They have the best Brunswick stew I've ever had. They change things up seasonally, too.But really, the best part of McGuire's is the small staff. They are kind, patient and they work fast. It's a very small space, but it's filled with great people and great food.

Their breakfast biscuits are really tasty. Crumbly and a little misshapen, obvious their biscuits are made on-site by hand. I had a sausage and cheese biscuit and I swear the cheese slice was at least half a centimeter thick of quality cheddar. Very good, will be back at my earliest opportunity

Great biscuits and friendly staff. They'll even cook up some off-menu stuff if you ask. Great place to have breakfast away from the crowd.

It is not Bruce's any more, it is called Floyd's and it is awesome!!

Great menu! We have had most of their lunch items - haven't had anything we didn't like. Great people! Daily specials. The BEST peach cobbler served on Tuesday!
